Premium- you have Premium access to STAYDOWNDAYFIT and your account is tied to a subscription which includes recurring payments.

By signing up for a Premium STAYDOWNDAYFIT membership, you are authorizing a recurring charge to your account monthly. Subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel within 72 hours of your renewal date.

If you decide you no longer want to be a part of the STAYDOWNDAYFIT Family, please contact support@staydowndayfit.com no later than 72 hours before your next billing cycle. All sales are final once charged. ALL WE NEED IS THE EMAIL YOU SUBSCRIBED WITH. NOTHING ELSE IS NEEDED IN THE CANCELLATION EMAIL.

The STAYDOWNDAYFIT website is subject to update and add/remove products, challenges or sections throughout the website without notification.

Return Policy
We have a strict NO RETURN Policy.
No refund will be issued for lost, abandoned, undeliverable, incorrectly addressed or refused shipments. We ship orders to the address provided, and are not responsible for packages after they have been shipped. If you have not received your package, then please check the tracking number that you received from us. If the tracking numbers list the package as delivered and you still haven't received it, then please follow up with your local post office. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
